"I was looking for a specific style of leather chesterfield sofas. I looked on online, and visited two showrooms. I was very disappointed in the quality of their sofas and the way i was treated. I looked at Fleming Howland and arranged a visit to their showroom. The difference was unbelievable. I was shown round the actual showroom and workshop, where I saw the craftsman at work, all by hand, in traditional style, I was shown the leathers and given swatches to take away. They listened and helped me choose my perfect sofas. I was kept informed during the wait for my sofas to be delivered, and they were well worth the wait. They are beautiful quality, and look fabulous. I absolutely love them and they will stand the test of time because they are so well made and the leather is gorgeous."

Fleming & Howland Ltd. are to be acknowledged as being the only bespoke furniture/upholsterer operation that has fully aligned to the 1930's Art Deco movement with an intelligently curated design that would have one believe that they had purchased a restored original armchair hailed from a Parisian high-end dealer in boutique antique furnishings.  Many operations have attempted in re-creating such designs that are, at best, little more than an assimilation.
