"If you own a flower shop, and care about sales, I would NOT put your trust in the Flower Shop Network. Here are my 2 main reasons: #1 The Website Service & Management - I originally made the mistake of having my store website domain built/managed through FSN. Not only did my site look like it was designed in 1999, it was also very difficult for my customers to navigate through all of their crazy “mandatory” categories that junked up the pages. What’s even worse - when you want to end your website service through FSN, they will hold your domain captive until you hassle them enough to send you the rights to it. I almost didn’t have a website for Valentine’s Day due to their stalling & nonsense communication. #2 The $400 Yearly Membership - They somehow convinced me to continue my membership for another year (without the website service). I barely received enough orders to cover the cost of the membership. For the record - I ended my membership 1/19/26 and my last FSN order was 9/15/25. *no FSN orders the entire holiday season!!* I contemplated whether or not to write a public review, but I’m hoping this will help new florist owners choose another option and stay far away from the Flower Shop Network."
"Placed an order. Paid £8.99 for delivery. Flowers were for my wife's birthday. 1pm on day of delivery I received an email saying sorry, cannot fulfill order and that a refund will be processed in 5 to 10 working days. The whole point of me using a nerwork was that it seemed to be an added level of guarantee. Not so as this is the first time I've used a network and this is the first failed delivery. Go direct folks, no value in this network."
"Ordered online, payment taken then had an email saying they couldn't fulfill the order. On the email stated payment would be refunded 3-5 working days later, nearly a month later and still not refunded. Extremely disappointed in this process, and the customer service i have received."

I opened my shop on Valentines Day in 2024 (a little over a year ago) I started my business using FSN (flower shop network) and I can not say enough good things about them! They are always there to help and talk through any questions that I have had. I am closing my account with them to move in a different direction but it has NOTHING to do with the business it has brought me or the kindness of their staff! If you are a new business/ florist I highly recommend them! Especially if you are not good with understanding how to make a website etc! They helped to make my first year in business better than I could have dreamed!"
