"After our father's death, we simply tried to postpone the planned installation of the digital meter. Both the initial phone call and the return call were met with extremely rude and inappropriate responses, completely lacking any understanding of the situation. Our initial communication was polite and constructive, but lacked any humanity or willingness to listen. It seems as if efficiency and goals take precedence over respectful customer interactions. Furthermore, Fluvius would do well to better screen and guide not only its own employees but also the subcontractors (TEAPlus in our case) who contact customers in customer-focused communication. A little more empathy and training in human interaction would make a big difference. Professional customer interaction doesn't start with KPIs, but with respect."
