"Focus agency does not provide the property cleaned before the tenancy start but will deduct the money from your deposit claiming cleaning charges when vacating. Even if we request for cleaning they will respond via email that they will come but never do. So we had to clean on our own. If opting for focus, expect to have amount deducted from your deposit whether you vacate the property cleaned or not, irrespective of whether they provide us not cleaned."
