I emailed them asking what size poster could be done quickly (on site). I received an answer within 15 minutes. I emailed my 2 docs to them. Calli (not sure of spelling??) Called me back right away to clarify one question, and when I got there 30 minutes later, my 2 posters were printed and ready to go. The quality, price and service were all excellent. 5 stars!"
"I recently had several unfavorable experiences with the Assistant Manager, Gustavo. He responded to my complaints with his own complaints about being overwhelmed, along with other excuses for poor communication. Also, he seems to lack the minimum level of expected customer service skills for an Assistant Manager role. I hope this store takes a look into their training module to better align with best practice for this industry. Good luck!"

"This store has just been nothing but downhill over the past few months. Me and my wife always had good experiences although now it seems as if customer service is no longer a thing. Rather than helping with a shipment, the employees would much rather curse right in front of us on top of the poor attitudes they begin with. We will not be coming back. I would happily leave ZERO stars if I could"
