"Extremely disappointing experience. Full Blast Creative charged a very premium rate while delivering very little. In the first three months over $15,000 were billed in service fees alone. More than half of the total billed time (approx. 65 hours) went toward research/strategy, project management and planning rather than execution. The team members themselves were pleasant to work with, but the actual delivery did not match what was promised. Much of the communication from their team and the "strategy" appeared to be mostly AI generated, with no meaningful customization or insight specific to our business. There was a consistent pattern of overpromising and underdelivering, and we had to repeatedly follow up just to receive updates or deliverables. When we chose to end the agreement, the CEO asked us to call him to discuss but then could not be reached. Given the cost, we expected a higher standard of service. That expectation was not met."
