The only thing they produced was a draft written in Italian, despite my having made it clear from the beginning that the page needed to be in English for the UK market. Throughout the process, they were slow, unresponsive, and constantly promised too much without delivering. The quality of the limited work they did was far below professional standards. We paid over €2,000, and after requesting a refund, they completely stopped communicating with us. Based on our experience, I strongly advise against using this company. They don't deliver on their promises, their timelines are unreliable, and their communication is unprofessional. Unfortunately, they've wasted our company's time and money. "Negative experience with Fuzzy Marketing I decided to rely on Fuzzy Marketing after a year of contacting them and video calls, where they assured me excellent and timely service. Before accepting, I clearly expressed my concerns, having had bad experiences in the past, and Filippo assured me of maximum support and delivery of the project by November, before Christmas. I therefore purchased a package for almost €400. I should point out that I created the initial website myself on Shopify using a free theme, so I already had some experience. After the purchase, we had a call in which they suggested I evaluate a paid theme that they would select for my brand. A week later, in a second call, Filippo offered me a complete website redesign for around €2,500, a price I declined, asking to complete the service I had already purchased first. I purchased a paid theme for around €200 and let them work. After a few days, they informed me that the website was ready and, if I needed to make any changes, I had to send them an email. I sent a detailed list of fixes (of which there were many), but from that moment on, I was abandoned. The site had numerous errors: it seemed like I had simply moved from the free theme to the paid one, without any real improvement. After weeks of reminders and vague responses (including excuses like illness and requests for additional payments), no changes were actually made. In the end, I had to fix the problem myself, which was decidedly unprofessional. A professional I subsequently contacted confirmed that the service provided was completely inadequate and that I had been treated disrespectfully. I never write negative reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to warn other potential clients: my experience with Fuzzy Marketing was disappointing. I found an unprepared team, more interested in cashing in than providing quality service."
