"Was left waiting 20 minutes. Then a young girl appears tells me the parcels are stored in their other shop end of the Street. I follow her there. It is a shed with a young male who is extremely offhand and rude towards me. He started throwing parcels out of a large box and told me mine wasnt there. It has to be I said, I received the email from Packk stating it was and giving me the code! He said No it isnt! I refused to leave without my parcel and told him I had just driven 40 minutes to collect it! He looked ahain and found my parcel. If i had left when he said he hadnt got it I would have not got my parcel and wasted time and fuel. I wont use Packk again for delivery"
"Don't send packages to this location. Every time they notify me that I can pick one up, it's not there. When you arrive to collect it, they tell you they have nothing there, and you have to keep going back (praying they haven't gotten lost). I think even though they receive them, they don't have them available. An absolute disaster. When you tell them you have the notification, they just say they have nothing there, period. Literally."

The guy who looked like a manager had no idea how to treat a customer. He left us speechless, and the two employees, although perplexed by their boss's reaction, did the same.
