"I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Gandke agency. It started with suboptimal communication, and I initially thought, well, maybe I should have provided content... even though my existing ADS account was supposed to be optimized with existing ads and text. Without consultation, a new campaign was launched that not only contained incorrect text (therapy instead of coaching), but also ignored conversion tracking. Then, site links I had requested were created with incorrect names and, despite my notification, were not corrected. The error message from Google Tag Manager stating that the Google Tag was not active went unnoticed or ignored, and continued to be ignored despite my notification. After about three weeks of a drop in sales, I took action myself and relaunched my campaigns. My campaigns immediately launched with an optimization factor of approximately 90%, compared to the 65% of the campaign set up by Gandke, which had only contained a single ad. In an attempt to resolve the Google Tag issue, I finally contacted my website agency, but they couldn't find any errors on the website—the Google code was still correctly implemented there. I then discovered that Gandke had used the wrong domain in the new campaign—a similar-sounding domain that belongs to me, but contained outdated content and was currently being rebuilt. This domain had never been used in this Ads account and isn't linked to any of my online presence. The agency showed no insight, despite making at least one serious mistake: targeting the WRONG domain (Google Tag) that was never used in the account and therefore not linked to my account. This should have been noticed by a supposedly professional Google Ads agency with the error message that Google Tag is not active. But no—not even my suggestion led them to consider that Gandke's work could be the cause. And even if this complacent attitude had been justified, it would be anything but customer- and goal-oriented to ignore such a mistake and continue to "burn" MY MONEY on this incorrect campaign – and by redirecting potential leads to this outdated domain, not only failing to generate bookings but also damaging my image. Unfortunately, there was no understanding, apology, or even an offer to settle the claim from Gandke. Only my extraordinary termination of the contract without notice was accepted. Overall, an absolutely unacceptable service and inadequate support. Careful work that focuses on the client's success looks different. I cannot recommend this agency."
