We arranged a meeting where they were given 30 minutes to tell me what they could do. When the invitation came, 2 hours were set aside and a completely different text with "that we should get to know each other" 2 weeks before the meeting they wanted to change it to an online meeting, instead of physically coming, where we should get to know each other and I should provide them with a lot of input and what I do today, where in the conversation it was said that they already had that knowledge. SIMELTPHEN waste of time and energy, it seems more like a money machine than a professional place."

They retain ownership of all your marketing channels and when they need to transfer ownership, they move the ownership to their own standby account. Instead of providing a service and behaving decently when that service ends. They spend time and resources making it as miserable for you as a former customer as possible."

"Geraxion Warning - BEWARE of this company. Big disappointment and big financial and contractual difficulties. I have previously signed a 5-year contract with Generaxion in Aarhus and it has become a really bad experience to continue dealing with them. At the end of our agreement, they have made a new continued subscription scheme without discussion or warning. In their opinion, the scheme has already come into force without the opportunity for me as a customer to take a position on this. They simply work without order and decency. You are ignored if you as a customer have objections and they continue to send out collections and reminders without informing you of the reason for their actions. It is reminiscent of subscription sharks where their own earnings are put first. They are completely indifferent to the needs and expectations of the customers. I must strongly warn against entering into agreements and showing trust in this company."
