After taking us on as a client and telling us we get nothing in writing confirming price or exact work to be performed, we were told 2-3 days to be up and running and after two weeks and much follow up no progress and non responsive. I then sent an email saying we are going to go elsewhere and lowand behold we get a response. If you are considering Genius Monkey you should re think the decision and go elsewhere. They have wasted our time and set us 3 weeks behind on our digital marketing plans."
