"I have had to call multiple times because my mom’s (94 yrs old) newspaper was not delivered. After a VERY long time of going thru all the AI questions I was finally able to speak to a person! EVERY time I was told they were sorry, no replacement would be delivered and they would credit the account. Never saw credits so another time I had to call about no paper, I asked and was told they would add the credit at the end of our subscription, delivering papers until the credits ran out. Then I mentioned the had ADDED $10 to the subscription in less than a year. I was advised to talk to the management of subscriptions but then was hung up on! So, I decided to email for the 3rd time about no paper delivery and now the price going up on a 94 yr old on a fixed income! NO RESPONSE WHATEVER! Who even cares about their customers at The Advocate, I don’t believe there is anyone who cares or someone would have reached out to me but they failed to do their job! TERRIBLE SERVICE INCLUDING CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY KIND! Also, check out the quality of the print of the paper. This is just about every day we get this type of print."
"The Advocate can't give away their newspaper. The streets of my neighborhood are littered with unwanted copies of this newspaper. At this moment, there are 3 newspapers blocking the drain in front of my house and another 1 in my garden. I'm going to collect all their trash from my street and throw it in their driveway. I will continue to do it until they stop throwing their garbage paper in front of homes of people who obviously don't want it."
"My experience as a Truck Driver's delivery was excellent. They open at 7:00 a.m. My appointment was at 8:30 but I was on the dock at 7:15. In 30 minutes they unloaded a trailer. Not a big place but enough for truck backup. Recommended. Try to be there on time as your appointment is."
