"Yesterday night, I have been 3-4 times vomiting and stomach pain. Today is sunday, so my cap is close then I came here for urgent . In reception they give me ticket andtell me to wait then the nurse check me. she told me not to serious and you have to wait. I came 11:38 now it's 2:32pm my turn didn't came. I have pain in stomach and I m crying .. This is not good way . You have to understand the patient pain also . I am really very very disappointed with this system."

"I'm from Taiwan and went to this hospital for a checkup this afternoon. The receptionist was very helpful in registering me and quickly got me into the office to speak with the doctor. Since I don't have an EU health card, but I do have German private health insurance, they allowed me to see them. Although they made me wait almost three hours in the waiting room after my first visit, I'm very grateful for the doctor and the receptionist's patient and helpful assistance. They all smiled, which was very touching. Since I don't speak Spanish, I used Google Translate the entire time. I was actually worried that I might be treated differently because I'm a foreigner, but I'm very grateful for their help! I hope they have a good day, and thank you for taking care of me!Thanks again!!!You guys r truly amazing and I won’t forget 😭💕"

"For emergencies they have 2 doctors to attend 50 or 60 patients. The waiting line is 6 to 7 hours. Clearly we are not receiving the service we pay in our social security. I hope the Generalitat begin to do their job an improve the health system. This is worst than a third world country and I know what I'm talking about. 50 people in the waiting room for 6-7 hours without masks you came with 1 thing and you get 10 more. They need more doctors and improve the waiting system."

"I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and I can't fault the attention, service and care I received. From the receptionist, nurses, porters and surgeons, all were great. My Spanish isn't the best, some spoke a little English, but I was fully informed of the procedure and after care needed. All round I was very happy."

"Absolutely great. On the day of arrival to Barcelona, my wife had this little surgery done in our home country. She needed to have this wound cleaned and changed bandage every day. We were there every day, for a week. All staff (docs/nurses) very nice and helpful! Lady at reception desk, nurse who take care about it were speaking perfectly English. Really recommend!"
