"I strongly advise against using Texan Registered Agent LLC. I pay them a monthly fee for mail scanning services, yet the only emails I consistently receive are my invoices. As an attorney, I rely on timely access to important mail from clients and insurance companies, and I have confirmed that multiple pieces of correspondence were sent to me — none of which were ever scanned or forwarded. I have called their office more than three times and was repeatedly told “we’ll look into it,” but no one has ever followed up. This company has completely failed to deliver the services I am paying for, and their lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. If you value reliability and accountability, look elsewhere. I am documenting this pattern of non-performance and will be escalating the matter with state agencies. Edit (September 30, 2025): I just had a long conversation with Kaylee from Customer Relations, and she gave me a lot more confidence in the company. I’m now waiting for them to look into this further. For the time being, I’ll be staying on, and I’m hopeful things will work out. I’ll provide an update in the next few weeks as I hear back."

"The only reason I’m still using Texas Registered Agents is because switching is a hassle — not because they’ve earned my business. They’ve already done about as bad as they can do. Customer service is unhelpful, communication is inconsistent, and there’s no sense of accountability. I don’t fear retaliation because there’s nothing left for them to screw up. I stay because I’m busy, not because they deserve it. If you’re considering them, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before you end up stuck like I am. I apologize for the inaccurate review - you don't deserve a star!"
