You immediately feel at home and have plenty of space to relax and store your things. The quiet location of the studio is particularly noteworthy. It's the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings are peaceful, and you can find wonderful peace and quiet, whether reading, working, or simply enjoying the quiet. The room's furnishings are modern and well-designed, and everything is clean and well-maintained. I felt very comfortable throughout my entire stay and can highly recommend the Hofer Studio Room. "A very nice studio apartment – ​​modern, spotlessly clean, and spacious. It lacked nothing. We received a very warm welcome and had lovely conversations with the hosts. Since only this one room is rented out, you really have peace and quiet. It's very centrally located; everything is within easy walking distance – bakery, restaurants, and supermarket. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely book this great room again."

"Totally thrilled and satisfied: Very spacious studio, tastefully, modernly, and practically furnished, comfortable beds, spacious shower. A lovely garden with loungers and a small pool, all very quiet yet centrally located. Friendly hosts, Gery and Brigitte, gave us a warm welcome and great tips for excursions in the beautiful Mühlviertel region. Our highlight: the COOKING CLASS FOR TWO with Gery herself; we learned a lot and it was really fun. Conclusion: highly recommended, we'll be back!"
