The others, who actually have customer care departments, all advised any non-payments, but allowed me, through negotiation, to continue until the new card came through. This company just switches everything off! VERY POOR customer treatment. I've also offered MANY programme improvement ideas to them. They just ignore everything and have no interest in making a better programme. I'll be looking at other email marketing programmes."
"Terrible. To try out a service, had to pay. Then not refundable? No exceptions? Definitely not a client-centric company. DO NOT USE THEM. Any other email service provider is better. EDIT: Below the owner writes that you can trial without paying. This is not completely true. To test out the service, we had to upload our contacts. As it is >1000, you had to pay to try. How else can you test things like deliverability and open rates? Hence this is NOT true at all!"
"Beware! They just scammed me out of about £55. I asked for a refund after making a mistake in an upgrade whilst on my free trial and they refused multiple times despite me asking within 24 hours and not even using the upgrade."
