"Worst experience ever! I’ve been doing business with this location for years. No more! I frequent this location 2-4 times a week for my business, sending UPS and dropping off my USPS packages. Today I was sending more packages, I happened to ask the person helping me about 11 packages I dropped off 8 days ago. The tracking wasn’t showing progress. He immediately pointed to a large stack of packages and stated USPS hasn’t picked them up. So for 8 days my packages and many more are sitting in this location. They have made no effort to mail them or contact the senders at all. They simply do not care. When I asked why they haven’t contacted me he simply said I don’t know. Be very careful if you use this location don’t trust they are doing it properly!! I’m NEVER going in that store again. This has cost my business a fortune that I need to take care of for my customers. It’s hurt my customer base and financially cost me."
"I visited this store yesterday. And I was in line and waiting to return the item. And the person who works there suddenly came and lock the door and left without taking the customers leaving one poor girl alone. I know it’s closing time. But that’s the rude behavior. They need to hire a properly trained people. That’s my I think the reviews are very less for this store."
"Excellent service, i don’t know why the reviews are very less for this store. But that doesn’t make sense at all. They are very friendly and hard working. They deserve 5 star for sure. Would recommend for sure. 👍"
"I hate UPS. You get like three seconds to get to the door and sign for a package. Then they blow you off and take your stuff. With no options to recover it. Share truck locations! Or driver phone numbers! Or put the undelivered packages in a spot where I can go pick them up!"
"Incompetent or lazy? A mystery for the ages… I stopped by this UPS store to drop off two return packages—one for Amazon and one for Temu. The two employees, who were clearly not overwhelmed with work, confidently informed me (and I quote): “You cannot return a package without the original shipping box that includes the original sticker with the sender’s details.” To reinforce this groundbreaking discovery, they even showed me another customer’s package prepared that way and assured me this was the only way to return anything with UPS. Fascinating—especially since I’ve made several returns recently without ever hearing about this “new rule.” So I left this store and went to another UPS location. Miraculously, my two returns were accepted with zero drama. The employee there actually knew how the process works and didn’t feel the need to invent policies on the spot. Conclusion: If you enjoy creative interpretations of UPS policy, this is your place. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and drive one mile farther to the store on Fowler, where reality still applies."
