Featured Client Reviews
"I laughed when I read other people's reviews. Everyone was saying the same thing. Before I signed the contract, they were like, "Leave it to us! We'll get results! We'll attract customers!" After signing the contract, Sales: " " Reply: "We're just trying to get you ranked higher." I saw no results, and I'm still losing money until April. What they said before and after signing the contract was completely different. Seeing so many similar reviews, I was glad to realize my feelings were correct. Furthermore, when I signed the contract, they urged me to register my credit card, and they made 30 calls a day. I explained that I couldn't answer while driving, but they sent me threatening emails saying they would pass the matter on to the legal department, which terrified me. I thought they were gangsters. The only people I spoke to were the kind of people who would rush in on Fridays without even checking LINE. Normally, I would check to see if I had any contact from customers before taking the weekend off. Because it was an urgent matter, I immediately changed contacts twice. Is this GMO? ? If you're thinking about signing a new contract, wait a moment! It would be much better to use that money to advertise! You're tied down and can't even cancel the contract!"
"Speaking of GMO, they deceive you with their sales pitch and then do nothing. They're a horrible company, and you can't even get in touch with their sales team. They don't follow Google guidelines, and they regularly mess up store names and addresses. The company tolerates this, and I can't imagine how many customers have been deceived by them, thinking they were a major company and placing orders with confidence. It's unforgivable. Everyone, please be careful."
"If you carefully read other people's reviews before deciding on a company, you won't be deceived by such a terrible company. You should really stay away from GMO. It's strange that this is allowed to be listed on the stock market."
"We use them to manage our ads. They are now able to deliver ads that are more targeted than before, and our click-through rates and number of installs have improved significantly. Regular reports allow us to visualize the results, which makes it easier to plan future strategies."
"You really should read the reviews here before considering a contract. I wish I had read these reviews before signing. The salesperson just keeps repeating the same template: "It's GMO, so leave it to us." After actually signing the contract, there's no noticeable change, and the support staff just keeps apologizing. They say, "We'll make you a top performer!" but they have other customers, so how can they claim to be No. 1 in the number of projects? 98% customer satisfaction? Over 90% success rate? If you calmly think about what they're saying, you'll see the contradictions, so take a deep breath and think about it. At the end of the month, they start with "We don't usually do this, but right now..." and at the beginning of the month, they call repeatedly with "We have a new service..." which is really annoying. The receptionists who answer the phone are busy, and they're pretty fed up with getting another call. I didn't want to say this, but as others have said, you should be prepared to throw your money down the drain if you sign a contract. This company is running a business that preys on people who are vulnerable to information overload through MEO (Map Engine Optimization)."
