"Frankly, it's a scam! They managed to get me to sign up for the complete support and leave it all to me plan, but it was a "nothing at all" plan and they didn't acquire a single lead. And yet they absolutely refused to let me cancel within a year. They forced me to cancel and didn't give me any compensation for the contract, so demanding payment is just too unscrupulous. You know, customers aren't going to cancel if they're getting more value than they paid for. If there's no effect in six months, there's no way there will be any effect in a year. If they can't acquire a single lead, that means it's just going to continue forever. You should never sign a contract with a company like this. If they do anything strange, I think it's best to spread the word on social media as much as you can to prevent them from doing anything bad to you and reduce the number of victims."
"The full support plan, the one-year contract, costs 40,000 yen per month, and basically you don't hear anything unless you contact them yourself. You just get paid monthly without doing anything! It's not worth 40,000 yen, so I can't recommend it. I want to cancel it as soon as the year is up."
"I had a contract for an e-commerce site, but salespeople from various departments would come and propose different pricing. (I thought they were just extending my current plan, but they ended up offering different pricing.) Their communication wasn't unified. If you have a strong product to promote, it might be worth asking them. At the very least, the products they sell on the market can't compete with Amazon or Amazon, so there's no point in promoting them."
"The sales lies are terrible. Both the MEO and SEO people lied to me about their sales tactics and got me to sign a contract. I was made to pay a high price, but in reality their management skills weren't that great. Their sales lies, saying only good things, are terrible. Everyone please be careful. When I looked at the job postings, it said that you could make money through sales."
"The person in charge keeps changing, and they don't do anything unless you contact them first. There's no point in hiring them."
