The office staff is amazing and have been very helpful when i had an issue or concern. The maintenance crew has been amazing as well. "Both Kelly and Bahirah are totally unprofessional employees. There're been lieing to me for six months about my refund regarding the two cats I have. The entered my account back in May. I was approved for resonal accommodations on August 29th 2025. However, they continued talking funds from my account. I've been emailing them since May. Please review emails for details. Just spoke with them today and still no answers. How does it take seconds to remove money and literally take a half year to replace. I would seriously appreciate a call from your leadership team. "I would not recommend renting from The Galman Group. After moving in, management communication became combative and inconsistent, often involving conflicting stories and misinformation. Maintenance was unreliable and slow - most concerning was a two week delay in addressing multiple gas leaks. While the properties may look appealing from the outside, the management practices suggest a lack of genuine care for tenant safety and satisfaction. If you choose to rent here, document everything and consider having a legal professional review your lease. Additionally, upon exiting my lease, they took and extremely long time to issue the refund owed to me despite my meticulous care of the apartment. The runaround was frustrating and unprofessional."
"The Galman Group, especially Whitney Apartments, do not properly address tenants maintenance request. I put a maintenance request almost 2 months ago which still has not been addressed. I've had multiple people on their staff tell me they know what the problem is, but yet I've waiting 2 months to have these issues fix.Their maintenance team are not properly trained to fix anything it seems. I definitely would think twice about renting with them!"
