"On 10.11.19 I filled out a request for a quote. Immediately after that, two automatic emails arrived. The first and second with similar nice lines...: "Thank you for your interest in our services We take your online campaign proposal responsibly: 1. We will study your products and services, look at the status of the website. 2. We will find keywords and analyze them. 3. We will start preparing a proposal that will bring you customers. Please be patient. We try to have your proposal ready within 2 business days..." On the third day, I also received the newsletter. You haven't exchanged a word with anyone yet and they are already sending you more uninteresting advertising emails... 17 days have passed and nothing. No "human" written email, no personal response... So that's about it about this company. This is my experience :( I don't want to go into too much detail, I would just recommend redesigning the website a bit and putting the following at the beginning: "We are full, please don't delay filling out our forms" Regards Nyers"
