"It really does take a lot for me to leave a one star review. Gravitate is a company that should be avoided at all costs. They set up a system where we were paying for Google leads, yet none of those leads ever made it to us. We assumed the follow ups they were doing were about leads coming in from our own website, not realizing we were wasting over $100,000 on leads that never even reached us. When asked for records, they had nothing to provide and refused any kind of refund. When we stopped payments to figure out a solution, they retaliated by taking down critical parts of our website. Our business depends on that site to dispatch aircraft, and their actions caused us to lose hundreds of thousands in revenue. The quality of their work was also shockingly poor. They placed completely inappropriate music on our ads, showed very little skill with Meta advertising, and even published false blogs and information online that damaged our reputation and exposed us to serious liability. This company is not just unprofessional but dangerous to work with. In my experience they are completely incapable of doing their job and I strongly recommend going elsewhere."
