"Our experience with Yellow Pages was disappointing!!!! The leads we were supposed to receive were non-existent!!! Unfortunately, the numbers presented for new customers do not correspond to reality. I do not recommend this service to any professional!!!! Beware, you will lose your money!!! Previous negative reviews also testify that their listings no longer work!! In addition, they recruit debt collection companies, blackmailing for court fees and payment orders!!! I do not recommend them!!!! You lose your money!!!"

"I paid 2000€ for an ad (with wooden floors) on the first page to come out second - a locked position for a year - and the phone didn't ring even once!! The worst choice I could have made! I threw away my money! X.O. was up to 90' with the thick volume. Now no one comes in, leave the percentages of the statistics, they write whatever they want. In the end they also brought me the collection company because.. we have a contract! It's not possible.. Keep your money!"

"After almost 12 years of working with this company and, without ever having any problems, the new advertising consultant who took over my business decided not to inform me about the infamous "automatic renewal", resulting in me also falling victim to this tactic - which, as he was informed, "started last year". Essentially, I was committed to services that I DID NOT request and to which I NEVER consented, asking me for money IN ADVANCE for a promotion that I NEVER agreed to. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that I had "been informed", which never happened. And I emphasize NEVER. Unfortunately, they rely on the fact that you have already signed up and that you have already been informed via email. ATTENTION to those who continue their subscription, do not let the seller check the specific box in the title of the agreement above. Unfortunately, I did not notice it because nothing similar had ever happened in previous years. Thus, they managed to drive away another loyal customer. On top of that, the overall quality of their online presence was subpar with my business name not even appearing in the first few searches - despite the not-so-disrespectful amount I paid annually. The call center was repeatedly dysfunctional, often rude and argumentative, and made me feel like my requests were being handled without any professionalism. Consider other alternatives for your online presence, there are many - and better - professionals."

"If you want to lose your money, you can choose the Yellow Pages for your promotion. I also fell "victim" of the automatic renewal which was mentioned in the contract but was not announced to me by the seller when signing the contract. When on the first day of the new contract that they sent me the invoice, I said that I did not want it to be renewed and that I wanted to make a new contract with other terms that I would be able to meet financially, they did not accept to issue me a credit invoice and "stepped" on the automatic renewal term. In short, they are not interested in having happy customers, they just want to fill their coffers. Too bad, too bad. You respond to my criticism and say that your first concern is to keep the customer happy when you didn't even enter the process of talking to me to find a common solution that I can meet and you told me to pay the money because I have signed a contract??? Are you serious??? Aren't you a little ashamed? Not even a day of the new contract had passed and I told you that I can't meet this cost and you did nothing except ask me for the money for the entire contract."
