The reception staff were welcoming and professional especially Roel ,which made everything smooth from the moment we arrived. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the squash court itself was in excellent condition. The view from the hotel is beautiful and really adds to the experience — it feels calm and upscale. Cleanliness throughout the property stood out, from the common areas to the sports facilities. Definitely a great place for both leisure and fitness. Would happily come back!"

"It was a very wonderful time there. The hotel is extremely clean and welcoming, and it has a very elegant restaurant that truly deserves its five stars. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and an Indian chef named Mustafa prepared amazing omelets for us. Big Respect for Hamid the Indian Cook in the evening for hes wonderfull Dinner for the New year. In the service team, Ahmed Osman and Eman took great care of us; they were very friendly and advised us about the surroundings and the nice places to visit nearby. Saudi Arabia – Jeddah is very safe and very friendly towards tourists. We stayed for one week and would love to come back again. We are now flying back to Germany, but we will never forget this wonderful stay. Kind regards to the entire Hilton team, and thank you for the lovely stay. P.S. You can easily rent a car directly at the hotel at a very good price (around 40 euros per day). Highly recommended. Thanks ❤️"

A special recognition for Mr Hamza Fatani and the staff at the cafe. Every morning I started with a beautiful Turkish coffee. Warm hospitality in a nice location."
