"A little tip for anyone who, like me, is bothered by these nuisances: it's the company Callr. They're very easy to find online, with a form that I advise you to fill out with the phone number where you were contacted. Inform them that contacting a number registered on Bloctel (the French do-not-call registry) is punishable by a €75,000 fine, and that if it continues, you will report them on the DGCCRF website (there's a section for this purpose where you can file a complaint. Registering on Bloctel is useless). Generally, it's quite effective; I've done it for several of these pests, and I haven't been called back since."
"You're going to leave people alone, right?? Incessant fraudulent calls, if Parisians who live or pass near their office would be kind enough to pay them a courtesy visit, I think it would be of service to everyone... Don't hesitate to film and share the experience!"
"In one month, I received 20 calls from TCLR on any day (even Saturdays!) at any time. I filed a complaint online with Bloctel on February 3, 2020, and since then it's gotten worse; they call me every day. I can't take it anymore, and yet I have NEVER answered. I only check who's calling using the reverse phone lookup service 118 712."
"Cold calling has only one goal: to get you to sign a new contract with another company, making you believe that it simply replaces the one you already have with your mutual insurance company. The prices and options are presented as more attractive, when in reality it is a cheap offer with the lowest guarantees. Some accept the offer without asking any more questions, unaware of the trap that is closing in on them. An SMS is then sent to them with a code, which they must reveal to the telephone advisor: it serves as an electronic signature, validating the said contract. Others, more suspicious, ask to study the contract before signing it. To these, we respond that the papers will be sent by post... but that to unlock the sending authorization, you must give the code sent by SMS! What happens to the duped people? Trapped customers end up receiving the contract by mail... but only about fifteen or twenty days after electronic signature, i.e., after the 14-day cooling-off period. In this case, they end up with two mutual insurance policies, the original one not having been canceled. The consumer association UFC Que Choisir regularly warns against this type of shameful practice, advising against ever responding to requests by telephone."
"Calling to sell CPF and therefore a scam. I'm on the Red List and registered with Bloctel. I think that like other operators who don't know how to manage their unscrupulous customers who call fraudulently, my review will be reported to me and deleted. But I won't feel remorse by reporting another scammer. Finally, 49 reviews with only one star out of 5 means something is wrong."
