"I hired Grizzlead to audit and manage my Google Ads campaigns under an agreement that included campaign setup, tracking improvements, and three months of management. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing: The campaigns did not match the agreed setup, and tracking was not correctly configured. Although my initial meetings with Flora were positive, as things progressed communication became difficult, and instructions were not followed. Most seriously, on 17 September, Grizzlead accessed my Google Ads account and paused two active campaigns without my knowledge or consent, despite my written instruction that both campaigns must remain active. I had already raised concerns about performance and professionalism, and this final action left me with no choice but to remove their access and terminate the collaboration.
