"Live at #07-03 for 2 year. The house and environment is good however landlord is unreasonable. During the stay looks just typical landlord, we resolved everything on our own and even pay for SGD$450+ aircon chemical wash on our own. When return the house landlord use “aircon is not cool enough” as excuse to delay return of deposit. All the normal wash and the additional chemical wash receipt all shred already but landlord still try to use the unreasonable excuse to argue. Be careful and better avoid this unit."

"Convenient location, however lots of noise and smoke from the temple next door, pretty much throughout the year. Not recommended if you're looking for a quiet evening or relaxed weekend at home."

"Well maintained condo, decent location from MRT and bus stops, but not many options in terms of shopping for groceries. Also, quite nosy and it can get smoky created from the temple nearby. Oh ok pool and other amenities."
