"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Grand Millenium Kuala Lumpur and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, Devi at the front desk made us feel welcome. She was professional, friendly, and efficient during check-in, and always ready to assist with any questions throughout the check in process. Her warm hospitality truly set the tone for a great experience. The restaurant staff, Syazili and Din also deserve special mention. Our breakfast meal was enjoyable, not only because of the delicious food but also due to the attentive and courteous service. The team was proactive, accommodating, and made dining there a pleasant and relaxing experience. The hotel’s location is excellent — conveniently situated near shopping areas and public transport, making it easy to get around. It saved me so much time and made our trip even more enjoyable. Lastly, the room was fantastic. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided, ensuring a restful and comfortable stay. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to the amazing staff, prime location, and excellent room quality. We would definitely stay here again!"

"My stay at the Grand Millennium Hotel was absolutely unforgettable. The location is perfect—right near the Grand Pavilion and surrounded by shops and a variety of food outlets. We stayed in a family room (room 1707), which was incredibly spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning view. The hotel itself is huge, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. From the reception team to the lobby attendants, everyone was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Whenever we needed anything—extra pillows, water, or other requests—it was brought to us immediately. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding. Mr.Mubarak and Mr.Lam were especially wonderful, always greeting us with smiles and interacting kindly. The chefs and kitchen staff were equally amazing—they always said good morning, smiled, and helped us with the dishes, making each breakfast feel personal and welcoming. Din, another staff member, was incredibly quick and efficient whenever we requested anything. What impressed me most was how the staff often noticed when we needed help even before we asked—they would rush to assist with anything. Even the people outside the lobby, opening doors and greeting guests, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always trying to make us smile and complimenting us. The pool, the lobby, and the hotel facilities were excellent, but the service is what I will always remember. The Grand Millennium Hotel, its staff, and its service were worth every penny, and I will truly miss this experience."

"First, I would like to say that the service here is excellent. Danial and Wilson were incredibly helpful and assisted us tremendously throughout our stay. Their hospitality was truly amazing and made a great impression on us. However, the room had a musty smell, which may be related to the air conditioning. The bedsheets also felt slightly moist. Otherwise the view was great, housekeeping done very well. That said, the location is fantastic. It’s right beside Pavilion and directly opposite Fahrenheit88, which made everything very convenient."

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel over the CNY period. The hotel boasts an old-fashioned style and charm, and despite its age, it still maintains an international hotel standard. However, some of the furniture and equipment are already showing their age—specifically the bed headrest board, the sofa, and the working chair. Additionally, the minibar in our room was not functioning. While the car park is a bit run-down and dimly lit, the rooms themselves are a highlight: spacious, clean, and cozy. The air conditioning temperature was just right, and the Wi-Fi was super stable, which was a big plus. The bathroom was well-equipped with a bathtub, and both the water heater and pressure worked great. Staff were well-trained and communicated excellently in English, making the check-in and check-out process very smooth. We also really appreciated that they accepted our request for a late check-out at 1 PM, even during the peak season. The breakfast spread wasn't huge, but the taste was acceptable. A special touch was the acrobatic lion dance arranged on the first day of CNY—it was a delightful experience! Overall, the quality is still well maintained. Would recommend for a comfortable stay."

My favourite has to be the daging air mata — tender, rich, and absolutely unforgettable. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
