"Ordered from a website called femica, one of their affiliates. Extremely poor and unprofessional response. They showed the product to be in stock, but after I placed the order told me they did not have it. then asked me to "buy teabags instead" for the same amount (first red flag). I told them that I don't want any bloody teabags, refund me if you don't have the product. Next day I get an email saying I have been refunded. By chance I happened to check my bank account and it turned out that I received no refund. Tried to contact them for days, on multiple email addresses, no response(second red flag). Then finally got in touch through one of their numbers (who only picked up maybe once or twice out of all the times that I tried called him). and after that, all of a sudden after almost 10 days they responded to my mail, and to the whatsapp message. The guy in the mail said they tried paying but the payment didn't go through, they tried 2 more times and apparently had the same result. Asked me to wait for 48 hours (by this time close to 10 days had already passed and I was extremely busy during this entire time). so I contacted them again after 5 days, and again no response. I called the number again, the guy gives the exact same excuse, and once again asks me to wait 48 hours(BIG red flag). At this point it was pretty obvious that they were just lying or fooling me. So much time wasted trying to chase them to no avail. Big mistake dealing with them. Lost my money and my time. A harrowing experience. Even if the refund ends up magically happening sometime in the future it doesn't change a damn thing. All the headache, time wasted mentally and physically trying to resolve this was absolutely horrible. Thank god it was a small payment. Lessons were learnt. (never do online payments on non-trusted websites) and never trust these people. TLDR: Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do any business with these people, and the website called Femica. They are cheaters and scammers. Extremely unprofessional. Can't even process a small refund. Completely waste their users time, in fact, they don't value them at all. They don't even care to respond. Proceed at your own risk and consider yourself forewarned. I spent a good 15 minutes writing this just for you who is reading, to prevent any other prey from falling for their traps. This is the only thing I can now do. One may learn from my mistakes. edit - recieved the refund after almost 28 days."
