"These guys have been awesome. They take a bottom up approach, taking the time to understand your business, your customer and goals. They work hard to get those goals done. We have seen an noticeable bump up in our business and brand recognition. One must understand these are medium/long term goals, it takes time for the algorithm to adjust and optimize, but I can tell you your patience is worth it. Initially the campaigns maybe less than efficient, but these guys keep an eye on it and adjust it as needed. After a few months it really comes to life. They do a great job of explaining the process, setting up realistic expectations and adapting as your business evolves. I have been with them for 2 years and am happy. We initially did Google ads for a few years ourselves, but never were really happy with it, it was expensive, inefficient and was not producing the results we hoped. We tried another firm out of the UK and it was just expensive and was not justifying the amount we were giving to them. These guys then stepped in and we have grown and they have adapted to our needs every step of the way. Would definitely recommend."
