"I had a silver IUD inserted. I was really nervous, but the entire clinic staff made sure my experience was much calmer and easier. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everyone was incredibly kind to me. They assessed me to determine the most suitable contraceptive method and explained every step of the procedure. Afterward, I had to pay, and when I went in to have it inserted, I was seen by Doctors Paola and Susana, who, honestly, are the gynecologists I've felt most comfortable with in my entire life. The procedure, although done with anesthesia, was quite painful, but I felt well cared for the whole time, and I truly believe that the clinic is a place I would highly recommend. They gave me water, a lollipop, a teddy bear to hug, and pain relievers."

"I'm writing this review because I received a message asking me to, but honestly, my experience was very disappointing. I decided to go here because I accompanied a friend to have the procedure done during the week, and she had a great experience. I went alone on a weekend and had the complete opposite experience. My procedure was done under sedation, and they rushed everything. The nurse woke me up abruptly (without considering what I might be feeling), got me out of bed, and made me get dressed quickly because there were other people waiting. I left the room confused, drowsy, and somewhat disoriented. The procedure isn't cheap, so they shouldn't treat patients this way. Seriously, if you're considering this place, go during the week or choose somewhere else."

"I'm writing on behalf of my partner. It was terrible, everything was wrong. From the moment you arrive, the service is so subpar, starting at reception, and they try to rush everything. Please take note of the negative comments you see here. We trusted everything that was supposed to be good, but it wasn't. The procedure is rushed and poorly done. It seems they don't care about the women who come in. They go in and out in a flash. The initial consultation took longer than the procedure itself. I read a comment saying it's a mix of painkillers; supposedly they give anesthesia, but they don't. And apparently, that's the case here. We decided to come here to avoid going to the public clinic. If we had known it would be this painful for her, we would have gone to the public clinic. Ladies, be careful and don't go to this place. I think there are better options with good results, and all the positive reviews here are because they ask you to leave a good review. We went 15 days ago, and it was awful."

"I highly recommend this clinic. All the staff are incredibly kind, compassionate, and warm. They were a huge help throughout the process because I was very nervous and anxious, and they made it much easier. My procedure was done under full sedation; I fell asleep, and when I woke up, everything was already done. I didn't feel unwell or in any pain, and I had hardly any cramps afterward. I hope I never have to go back, but I will always recommend it."

"From my personal experience, I can say that I had a very good experience with the AMEU (Manual Vacuum Aspiration) procedure under sedation. Everything was explained very well, and I received excellent care. It's worth mentioning that I paid for a private room. I also think it's important to note that they don't allow companions for the initial consultation, contraceptive consultation, or medication administration, which I find insensitive, especially if, as a patient, you authorize someone to accompany you for medication, procedure explanations, etc. I agree with the reviews about reception. As a first impression for clients, I think they need to significantly improve their service. It seems like they're doing it reluctantly, as if you weren't paying for a service. Aside from that, the doctors, anesthesiologist, and nurses provided excellent care and made me feel very comfortable. My only suggestions for improvement are the reception staff's service and the policy regarding allowing ethical companionship during the consultation and procedure explanation when the patient consents."
