"My favorite brand of electric guitars ever. An icon. A legend. You really feel like you’re part of something bigger than yourself, holding a piece of music history in your hands with every model. Doesn’t matter if you play a Gibson Les Paul, a Gibson SG, a Gibson ES335, a Gibson Melody maker, a Junior, a Gibson Firebird, a Gibson Flying V, a Gibson Explorer, humbuckers or dog ear P90’s, there’s a vibe in those things. Like passing the torch from the rock ancesters. I like the actual policy of Gibson brand as well and as a whole (the acquisition of Mesa Boogie, Epiphone, Kramer Guitars…) like a mission to restore, and keep this nostalgia alive. Mr Cesar Gueikian also installed an internal stage for his employees and that’s so obviously cool 👍🏼 a very great CEO. Many centuries ahead, our grand grand grand sons will still be playing our beloved Gibsons and that’s just bigger than us as human beings. A heritage we need to cherrich and carry on. We are witnessing, living and creating music History, all together."
"Finally made the trip to visit the birthplace of my guitar collection. I've spent decades playing, pursuing, and collecting Gibson guitars. I knew going into my visit that I would only be able to see the outside of the building, as no visitors are allowed into the buildings. It was worth the drive for me. The Gibson Garage is cool, but I missed what I considered to be a great opportunity to showcase Gibsons historical contribution. The Garage is a great retail experience, but what about the famous guitars, the players, and the songs? Gibson, put your unique history on display to ignite players to become part of your family!"
"Bought a les Paul 50s standard figured top In blueberry burst from Zzounds. When I finally opened up the case and hold it I felt separation between the binding and the neck that had been painted over. As it went up to the nut you could see a definitive crack that again had been painted over. This without a doubt was from the factory. The headstock was broken during shipping, but I’m a firm believer that if it wasn’t a default from the factory. The headstock never would have broke. I hate how now and days if you want the quality you have to either be famous or rich."
"More Gibsons than I've ever seen in one place! Plus Gibson merch, ie hats, t-shirts, glassware, guitar straps, etc."
"Love this place. Beautifully done with classic guitars, memorabilia and interesting (and pricey!) stuff for sale. Staff super helpful and friendly. Strongly recommended for guitar enthusiasts. Most non guitar folks will also find this place interesting."
