"Extremely Disappointing Experience. My experience with Gummicube was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, communication was poor and expectations were never aligned. They promised data-driven results and customized ASO strategies, but what I received felt like a generic, copy-paste approach that lacked any real insight or value. Despite multiple follow-ups, there were constant delays, minimal transparency, and very little proactiveness on their end. It honestly felt like I was doing more work trying to get them to respond than the actual service they were supposed to be providing. The reports were vague and often reused the same boilerplate language — no actionable data, no real optimization, and definitely no ROI. Save your money. Gummicube talks a big game but completely fails to deliver. There are far better and more reliable ASO providers out there who actually care about their clients and show results."
