"I have been using parcel plus for years and the family has ALWAYS been amazing. But whoever some of these new guys are need to be trained. Please do not ask customers to say their entire addresses out loud, apt #s included, when they’re are other customers in the store, especially women. Also taking customers items out of the bags they’ve brought them in is a bit of an invasion of privacy. The kid also told everyone in the store what was in my bags by saying I’ll cut the box down and take your items out before I cut it down. These are basic courtesies for businesses like this."
