"The most awful company for repairing the laptops. Doesn't matter IBM or Hemmersbach, all of them are incompetent in applying liquid metal and just spilling it over the mobo or causing a bad core deltas on the CPU. I don't get why it is that hard to learn how to apply the LM properly, the customer can do it even better after watching some videos on the YouTube than a tech. Really awful support - Hemmersbach + Lenovo is the worst combination I ve ever seen. I am really sorry for the customers who dont really know what the techs do on their machines - what issues they cause. After repair/replacing parts the laptop wont even have the same "as new" conditions like before, it will be even worse. Had already 8 tickets in this 2 years, 80% of them were just a horror (caused by some techs) - after 2 years of feedbacks, no improvements have been done in terms of the LM application and the thermal paste. Both are responsible for that! Kinda sad to see what is really going there! Better safe than sorry - always in the rush - not even reading the guides of the manufacture and etc."
"I got scheduled for a routine battery replacement since my battery wasn’t holding a charge very long. The tech came and replaced the battery, and the new battery doesn’t hold a charge at all (I have to keep my laptop plugged in otherwise it instantly dies). I contacted the tech to ask him if this was normal and he ignored me. I contacted the Hemmersbach customer service email to inform of this issue, and they responded saying they reopened the case since the issue is not resolved and they would be reaching out to get service schedule. The next day I replied to that same email to ask about an estimated timeframe for service, as well as report that the laptop is also making weird noises now, and they responded saying the case is closed. I replied asking them what they are talking about (since they told me it was reopened) and they haven’t responded (it’s been a week). I am disgusted by the sheer lack of customer service and care."
