"Heritage Broadcasting is the most unprofessional group i have ever seen. They are apparently unable to keep an OTA signal on for more than 24 hours. And the tech department at 9 & 10 news either never answers their phone or they don't return calls. Not only are the channels such as ION, CW and such are always either scrambled or not there at all, like this morning. And i always got good reception until they decided to move operations to TC. And the news cast are terrible. It's like watching bad public access tv. The news anchors can't read and constantly mispronounce names of people and places. And all too often their stories have no audio or they are showing the wrong video. You should hire professionals who care about their jobs. From what i have seen, high school students could do a better job."

"My wife & I—who retired to Petoskey here in NW lower MI, in 2015–often choose to watch the “local”/regional news found on the Cadillac-based (Ch-9) CBS affiliate; mostly due to our later programming preferences. However, overall, we find much of its formulaic content wanting in substance & quality. While (granted) weather & sports stories are usually competently presented, any “political” content seems poorly chosen, inadequately reported, and narrowly favoring conservative candidates & viewpoints."
