"Do not walk, but runaway from this company. Our rankings dropped!!!!! While we hosted our website here. It was offline for days at a time. I really don’t have words to explain to incompetence of this company. And! To really punctuate our relationship, although we cancelled our service already in 2023! They still sent us a bill for over 2000€ which they tried to take directly from our bank account. Shockingly incompetent Please! Save yourself time and money and choose any other company to run your online presence."

"Update: it has now been 1 week and still no reply to the email to customer service. In the meantime, as second problem with the setup of the site was found, email was sent, no response on this either. --------------------------------------- And in response to your reply about contacting customer service: we tried that! For weeks! And we never get a reply! This is why I feel I needed to write a review. Unfortunately, your customer service is a joke! ----------------------------- I honestly wish I had the option to give 0 stars. Please, save yourself and do not start a contract with this company! Shockingly terrible work! Since starting a 2 year contract with Herald the traffic on the website has nose dived! They never even indexed my website on google!! When the website was run personally, there were daily downloads from the site, since starting with Herald there is basically no daily traffic! The server has been down, I get no responses. And there is no direct contact to help solve these problems! DO NOT use this company! Go somewhere else! It is a sham! I wish there was an option to give no stars...."
