"I bought an item at Old Navy in the US, because it wasn't available in Canada. Since they don't ship to Canada, I had to use an alternative shipping company. I was a bit nervous based on the reviews, but decided to try it anyway. Had zero issues whatsoever! Item arrived at the shipito warehouse and was transferred to DHL courier, and in less than a week I had my package. The only downside is the cost. It was around $70 cad for shipping, which is high. But it's ok when I don't have any other option! Would definitely use this company again."

"SCAM Beware...The customer Sebastian Moram used this address and got scammed for $1017.42 AUD I have been using Shopify for over 7 years now. On 28th July 2025 " Sebastian Moram " purchased 2x signature graded comic books to the value of $992.42 AUD from my shopify website. I have received the payment into my westpac bank account. After receiving the money into my account I sent the items out via Australia post, express with signature on Delivery to this address. The items show Delivered to the recipient. ( I have proof ) On 21.08.2026 a chargeback of $1017.42 had been taken out from my wespac account without any consent. I have been scammed for $1017.42 and the customer has my items without any dispute centre. Shopify refuses to help me and they say the dispute is out of their control. Shopify has allowed fraudulent activities to take place on their platform without helping. I called Westpac today ( 24.08.2025 ) and they mentioned they have disputed this transaction and gave me a reference number The scammer has not responded to any of my emails and I am now out of pocket for $1107.42. This address was used : 444Alaska Avenue Suite#CCA451 Torrance CA 90503 United States"

"I had a few packages sent there with no problems, but they lost my most valuable package, they just won’t acknowledge it nor reimburse me. They probably have thieves working in there who steal whatever they like. Their claims system is a scam. You open a ticket, they’ll just say it was never received and that’s it. Lost over $200. Stay away."
