"The collaboration with HonAds was short-lived – only two months had passed since I started working for the brand they were working with. Unfortunately, the amount of time I spent reminding the account manager that he was supposed to deliver something, spotting errors in Google Ads campaigns, and trying to draw conclusions and recommendations from the campaigns they were running made it completely unprofitable. There were also times when the account manager wasn't prepared for the meeting and gave me recommendations that didn't make sense (I knew this because I had checked the data before the meeting), so we continued with this until the guy realized he was saying something that didn't make sense. There was also a time during the Google Ads campaign when only a few products were working in Pmax for a month because a test was supposed to be conducted and someone forgot something. I wasn't supposed to post reviews, but first of all: the agency ran the campaigns in September and was supposed to provide me with a monthly summary (no conclusions, just numbers, which is what they did every month – I reminded them by phone and text, and I was ignored). Secondly, I'm still catching errors in the Google Ads panel – I'm currently fixing broken links added to keywords. Unfortunately, I consider this a simple sloppy job. I do have fond memories of meeting Sandra from Sociali, who prepared recommendations and optimized campaigns, and for that, I'm giving her one star."
