"I feel scammed. I'm a student who completed two of the Hootsuite Certifications in a Social Media Marketing class at my local college. I tried to make this work for my Social Media work, but it didn't do what I needed. The same day I cancelled my account, they took $900, a year's membership, from my account. I have never used Hootsuite, nor will I, but they seem unwilling to refund any of my hard earned money. It feels criminal. I will be trying to get get my college to stop working with them."
"There is no way to reach a human at this company and the iron wall is unforgivable. We cancelled our contract last year but it never “took” And we’re billed double for this year with no way to pull out or prorate for not using or needing their services. There has been zero correspondence on our account and no way to dispute. Is there a rating for inhumane and extortion?"

Subscribed to the professional plan to discover the price is written in USD not CAD, now wanting to cancel my plan, it's been a month and no luck I'd definitely not recommend.. how can you make a service without customer service!"
