"AVOID AT ALL COSTS During my initial meeting, I was told that my concierge business project (NL Conciergerie) would be assessed to determine its viability. They then contacted me again with great enthusiasm, leading me to believe that my business had strong potential and that everything would be done to develop it. Once the contract was signed, the reality was quite different. It was all just sales talk. From the beginning, there has been no follow-up, no real strategy, and no communication. The only thing they seem to remember is the monthly payment taken from my account. To get answers or any action, I always have to follow up. Another very serious issue: the 3-year commitment was never clearly explained to me. On the day I signed, I sincerely believed that if it didn't work out, I could cancel without difficulty. Now, they're telling me that the only way to cancel would be to shut down my business. Regarding the results: I'm regularly told about visits to my website and leads supposedly generated by it. However, all my clients come exclusively through word of mouth. People who visit the site sometimes take my number, but when they call me, they always come from recommendations, never from the website. Today, I find myself in an extremely difficult situation. To have any hope of terminating this contract, I'm told I only have one option: to close my micro-enterprise. This means losing the few clients I've managed to acquire solely through word of mouth, and not through this website. I am therefore forced to consider shutting down my business due to a lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism."
