"disgusting how you treat your customers. I use your mobile net a few km from Porec for 6 years now! My tech is up to date and installed+working flawlessly.Its a premium 4g Router with an antenna on top ofthe roof precisely directed to the nearest tower. Your service is getting worse and worse over these years. The speed is totally inacceptable,I just measured speeds almost as slow as in ancient times being connected by 56 k modem !The only time its usable is late at night!So here is the proof that the problem is the provider. NOBODY IN YOUR COMPANY IS SHOWING ANY SIGN OF EVEN BEING INTERESTED IN DELIVERING WHAT YOU CHARGE FOR! They just shrug their shoulders and try to bullshit the customers with the typical dumb routines as start your stuff new or update your xx blabla....NO AS ABOVE said THERE IS NO FAULT ON THIS SIDE. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM YOU FOR SURE."

"The only company where all devisions are ectremely incompetent: 1) EV infrastrucure and e-Spot: most of the charges they declare they work with are not integrated with their system and they don't fix that for years... Moreover the support that for EV should be live responds in 2-4 weeks, wich is ridiculous. 2) Optics and wired internet. They have forgot to send the bills in Zagreb for almost 3 months. When I called to ask them why, they have responded that they have technical issues and they will send out soon the bills. They also promissed not to switch of the internet and... swiched it off 15 minutes later in the middle of business day. Moreover they have charged me activation fee again and said that this was mistake of Hrvatska Pošta. Of cource in the next two weeks I have recived all missing bills the same day. 3) Celular: In some countries their roaming simple doesn't work where it is declared. Meaning there are countries where HT doesn't have roaming agreeement with the local network, but in others where they declare they have connection and roaming packages options, you will pay for the package and get nothing as you will not get the internet connection. As a cherry on top, I once faced when the roaming was activated, but they charged the internet from account, not from the package. And the bottom line of that is that there is no feedback loop, nothing changes for years..."
"I live in France and went back from holidays in Croatia. I've send a ticket on the application espoTs and was obliged to raise them several times to obtain an answer... They have taken 20€ from my bank account but it was impossible for me to charge m'y car....... So, I've noything to pay ! I returned to France and will never go back to Croatia. So I asked them to give me back my money but they refuse. What happened ? I was at the airport in PULA Croatia, I lost much time trying to charge my hybrid car and it never run... It was really difficult for me because I don't speak Croatian and that was the first time I used their application EspoTS. I've clicked several times on deposit in the application (it was obligatory...), that's why there has been 10€ taken twice. Obviously it didn't run because, I think, I didn't understand how to charge (or the station was out of service ?). They answered they can't return my money and I can use other charging stations in Europe. But there's no station where I live and no station in France !!! If I lived in Croatia, I would understand that they keep my money for another station, but I live in France, and I'll never come back to Croatia and I never travel outside my country (it was exceptionnel this summer for holidays abroad). They must repay, it's a question of HONESTY. There never accept... They're hiding behind their "terms of service" ans never try to understand the contexte. We can't read these terms, they're not written in our language, even more when we're abroad, with the application on a small smartphone screen, under the sun in more than 40°C and stressed by a plane to take... That's MONEY THEFT. I warned them that if they don't return my money, they'll have very negative Google reviews of their company. Too bad for them, they'll lose many clients.... Forget Hrvatski Telekom, forget EspoTS."
