"Great location 👍🏻 I received an email from the hotel saying my room was ready and I could check in 2 hours early. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and cost 20 euros."
"This hotel is located right by Gare de Lyon. For anyone wanting to visit Paris this location is ideal. It has multiple metro and RER lines making getting around fast and convenient. It takes around 30-40 minutes from the Charles de Gaulle airport and has escalators so you don’t need to haul your bags. The hotel rooms are tiny but since you’re in the city that makes sense. I had a city view and overlooked some boulangeries (bakeries). For those wanting to spend a lot of time in your room, the smallness of it might not be ideal. I didn’t spend much time in the room so it worked for me. The hotel has an elevator, I didn’t see a ramp so you may need to walk up 3 steps to get to the elevator. So not fully ADA friendly. The elevator is also small and can fit one person and a suitcase. I was thankful I did not need to carry my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. It’s located by a lot of restaurants and shops. I went to two restaurants and it was subpar food by Parisian standards but not entirely bad. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for dinner than the 0.2 mile radius. I felt safe walking around as a solo female traveler. It was winter time and therefore dark early. The street felt quiet and noise didn’t keep me up at night. The walls are a bit thin at the hotel so if you’re a light sleeper you may want to bring some ear plugs. It’s more of hearing your neighbor open their closet or shower vs excessive noise. All the hotel staff are friendly! I would happy stay here again if I was in Paris."
"During my recent stay at this hotel, situated conveniently near Gare de Lyon, I was consistently impressed by the exceptional service rendered by the staff. Despite our early arrival and subsequent fatigue, they promptly accommodated our request and ensured our prompt settlement into our room. Throughout our stay, they provided invaluable assistance and guidance, significantly enhancing our overall experience. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Thomas for his exceptional support and expertise. The hotel was not only clean but also charming."
"Had a great stay and was even upgraded for free. Service was amazing by Modibo D and the rest of the team. Tasty cafes, restaurants, shops and the main train station nearby. Bathroom was small and the floors did creak a bit, and could hear people in the hall way but not too much."
"Pros good location walking distance to the metro and bus station, friendly reception. Cons room was like the apartment, not consider hotel. Main things are about sound proof and room condition. Everytime you walked, there was a sound cracked on the floor. you can hear next door room even they sneeze or cough. In addition, the Hallway, you can also hear someone walking by. you can hear noise from outdoor such as police, ambulance car. breakfast was limited variety, not even have the hot dish , well only dry scambled eggs, forget about the hot sausage or traditional french breakfast with the price you paid, it is not really worth it. last thing, it should be under Hilton standard"
