Unfortunately, the experience was terrible: the package was abandoned in front of the wrong house number, and the courier even took a photo of the delivery as if it had been successful. No attempt to contact me, no verification whatsoever. Imile's customer service is nonexistent: impossible to speak to, no response to complaints. This behavior borders on fraud and undermines trust in the entire purchasing process. I strongly advise against using this courier. "The worst delivery service. The courier abandons packages on the stairs or in the middle of the street. If you don't answer the phone and call him back later, he tells you to go to hell, saying you have to answer. Without considering that someone might not be able to use the phone at that moment. Today I went to the police station to report the courier for defamation and this company for the loss of the package. AVOID THEIR SERVICES AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. THEY ARE RUDE. I've continuously sent emails, no one responds, no one takes action. In 2 months they've stolen packages worth over a thousand euros. No one will ever give me this money back."
