"Ladies and Gentlemen, This is my second review ever, but I've decided to warn you against working with this exceptionally professional company. I attempted to migrate three stores and additional channels. I must admit that until the contract was signed, Idosell met the hallmarks of the famous "slap it on the head." We agreed on certain things, but after issuing the invoice and signing the contract, I was plunged into a nightmare. For two weeks, contact was limited, even more so than with a cooperative bank's hotline. The principle is simple, the promises are nothing but goodies – you'll be the next Amazon. Okay, my mistake. I thought several online stores offered the possibility of potentially profitable collaboration. However, it turned out differently; generally, the difference between them and free platforms like PrestaShop is negligible. No, sorry. With PrestaShop, you don't actually pay anything. With Idosell, if you print a price list for services you pay for, you have to buy toner. The list is extremely long. After 15 years, no one has ever disappointed me so much."
"I don't recommend it. The system is terrible, and the billing system is rigged! I bought a one-year subscription, but the system blocked access after a while because I wasn't using it. However, after a year, invoices were still being sent even though I hadn't selected any plan for the following year. Of course, canceling is complicated, with letters, notice periods, etc."
"Contact is only via contact forms, and it's unclear who to contact on what issue. Bridge is a dead-end bridge, dividing rather than connecting. The invoicing system (which you, as the user, must pay) works very efficiently, but explaining what and why is impossible. I don't recommend it."
"I suggest anyone considering moving their store to Idosell reconsider and look for a better solution. Implementations are done "hurriedly," without any verification of their actions. Support is available and responds quickly, but it's difficult to get proper help. If anyone has slightly more demanding requirements regarding the website's appearance, they should prepare a deep wallet; despite the beautiful stories, the implementation probably won't cover them. If you run your warehouses on an external system, don't trust Bridge to handle the problem. The communication is worthy of the most primitive integrator from the early days of the internet. The only thing that actually works well is the invoicing system. I don't recommend it unless you want to have your nerves frayed."
"I strongly advise against working with IAI/IdoSell. The template was implemented for over a year with numerous errors. The errors remain uncorrected, and complaints take months to process. Furthermore, they demand additional fees for WCAG compliance, even though it should already be part of the new template. Furthermore, reports submitted for analysis take weeks. Some reported errors, confirmed by IdoSell support, even receive responses of "we confirm, but we won't fix it." Support is slow, and responses are often perfunctory and offer no real help. The platform appears to be designed not for customer success, but for maximum profit extraction. My experience has been very negative – instead of business development, I've experienced frustration and a huge waste of time."
