"I regret having to write this review, as I decided to contact Iberdeco Humedades because of the positive online reviews. However, my experience with this company has been very negative, and I feel it's important to share it to prevent others from wasting their time. On December 22, 2025, I scheduled a visit with the technician/architect from Iberdeco Humedades to assess a damp problem in my home. The person arrived late and without prior notice, which, while not a major issue, I consider basic courtesy of any company that claims to be professional. After a rather brief visit, the technician told me the problem was simple and easily solved with their techniques. However, more than a month and a half later, and despite requesting a quote via WhatsApp, I still haven't received any proposal. If this is the level of response during the initial consultation, it's easy to imagine what their service would be like should a problem arise later. My advice is not to waste your time with a company that, in my experience and opinion, demonstrates a clear lack of professionalism, as it is not even able to send a quote after an arranged visit."
