"I really love working from Spaces in Bristol. It’s incredibly well located, modern, has lots of different seating options to choose from - whether you want to spend the day working from a sofa, at a desk, or in the comfort of your own private booth / pod. Being on the 8th floor, you also benefit from incredible views over Bristol, and it's wonderfully light and airy - much nicer than working from my kitchen at home! The staff (especially Matt) are lovely and it does have a real sense of community, which I suppose is one of the primary goals for any successful co-working space!"
"Been here for a couple of months so far, and highly rate it. The staff on reception are professional, helpful and friendly. There is a nice atmosphere to the whole place and it's been designed well. Always feels clean and organised."
"Hugely disappointing. The contrasting experiences before and after becoming a new client in the Spaces Bristol office is both shameful and unjust. We’ve had multiple late charges, incorrect invoices sent and an office that doesn’t lock properly. As a business, this has been incredible stressful. The Regus team have been incredibly unhelpful and arrogantly calling out that the business don’t care about clients , nor will be actively trying to resolve/compensate us for the issues. If you’re considering this unit, I’d strongly advise you to reconsider."
"EDIT: How is it difficult to find me? My details are clear and the space I work in. This is exactly the service we are talking about, no personality, zero accountability and zero care.. Awful, avoid. I wanted to leave our experience as a new client (as a start up business who have signed up for Spaces in Bristol) after 3 weeks. Very much as a cautionary tale for anyone considering shared office space. This place has without question the least personal, unpleasant customer service and support i have dealt with in almost twenty years operating. Thus far it has cost us money, time and almost zero of the basic things we should have been provided with have been provided. As reasonable people we can accept mistakes, even consistent mistakes, but so far we have had the same issues constantly, zero resolution and an attitude that basically suggests that now we have paid and they have our money they literally couldn't give a monkeys. As a small business cashflow is paramount and so far we have been overcharged six times, (in 3 weeks) including 'late fines' despite having a direct debit from day one (which hasn't worked, due to a problem their end) but we still paid manually on time! despite this we have STILL been charged several fines, some of these multiple times. We have currently dealt with this issue direct with Regus three times separately and each time been told 'the issue is fixed' only to be fined again (despite paying) and then refined (why I can't quite fathom) Regus also decided to charge us for six coffee cards (I don't drink coffee) and there are two of us. So not quite sure how that has happened? definitely feels like testing us to see if we are keeping an eye on our finances? (we are) Regus have 'credited our account' rather than actually reimbursed, so we are now hundreds of pounds out of pocket. That alone would be something of a bad start, but there's quite a bit more that has gone wrong. Our office doesn't have a lockable door. From day one (three weeks now) the door has locked and unlocked at will, which obviously isn't great when we have equipment and belongings in the room. We have flagged this multiple times, and after two weeks the chap on reception (a nice chap) finally came to try to fix it, which subsequently has left the door unable to lock at all for the past week, the answer has not been to send an engineer urgently to fix our lock, but instead tell us to move an entire floor down to a less attractive office with no timescales on how Regus/Spaces will be able to fix our office. 5 days later it has not been mentioned and we have not had an update. Surely a lock on your office is a basic ask? On top of this our paid parking spaces have been parked in multiple times (then nothing done about it.) the lifts have a mind of their own and can take five plus minutes (six this morning I timed it) to get from floor 1 to floor 8 as the lifts completely ignore certain floors and just go up and down at will, there isn't a microwave, the changing rooms and showers are in a different building. Just all in all an absolute dogs dinner of a place. All of the above I could deal with, i'm a pragmatic and sensible person and mistakes do happen, however the aggressive, one size fits all approach from Regus to our issues and the lack of effort or care is ultimately what has pushed me to leave (my fourth ever) google review. It quite honestly has been the most awful experience that our business has ever had with any supplier, so bad that we asked if we could utilise a 'cool off period' after 2 weeks (last week) as we felt this would be fair and were told no, dealt with aggressively by Spaces corporate overlords Regus, who have been quite clear that despite all of the issues we have had listed above and a clear lack in providing basic service and standards for a serviced office they will go legal with us if we attempt to leave and they actually have so much of our money that we can't, they literally don't care about their customers. Avoid. Look at the Fairfax next door, which looks fabulous."
"I have been to a few office spaces in Bristol and Spaces is the only place I have genuinely felt comfortable and relaxed - nice open space with great lighting, alongside fantastic views over Bristol. Never feels too busy, even when there are a lot of people in. Very friendly and helpful staff too - Matt in particular has always been very welcoming."
