"Whenever I encounter a technical issue with my website, Mehmet Doğan, a customer representative at İdeaSoft, not only quickly addresses my issues but also offers practical and definitive solutions. He explains technical issues in a clear and patient manner, especially with a patient, professional, and friendly approach. This leaves me with no questions at the end of each conversation. For example, recently, I was advised that I needed to actively track my product inventory after purchases by customers who weren't registered with my website. To maximize my sales analysis, I needed to add a stock quota for "non-membership" purchases to track purchase limits. I created a feature within my package called "non-membership purchase limit." After activating this feature, the tests failed and yielded errors. To resolve this issue, I turned to the training videos. I noticed that the training videos only selected existing categories and continued. I didn't understand that subcategories needed to be added. The system gave an error, and I couldn't resolve it. I have nothing but praise for the training videos. Asım Bey's style of explanation in the videos is fantastic, and I give it a 5/5 rating, but I still couldn't figure it out. When I called customer service, Mehmet Bey, fortunately, resolved my issue on the support line within a few minutes, ensuring my website's uninterrupted operation. It shows how seriously he takes his job and how competent he is. I'd like to thank him for his dedication, quick solutions, and superior customer satisfaction approach. This has resolved the issues.
