For clarity, I first notified the company on November 12 and requested removal within 48 hours. I continued to document the content remaining live in their portfolio, including time-stamped screenshots taken on November 18. The company did not confirm removal until November 20. I am sharing this simply to ensure the timeline is clear and accurate. I recently discovered that Identity Pixel displayed my proprietary Tari Psychics app designs and promotional imagery on their website without my permission. These visuals were created exclusively for my own brand and were never supplied to them for use in their portfolio or marketing. I attempted to address this privately, but the matter was not resolved, so I submitted a formal DMCA takedown request with Google regarding the unauthorized images. My brand is something I’ve invested considerable time and effort into, and I value professionalism and respect for original creative work. Should Identity Pixel wish to resolve this appropriately, I am open to communication."
