"I am going to report the processing of my data without my explicit consent to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). The General Telecommunications Law, in its latest amendment, adds a new paragraph to Article 66. This paragraph states the following: "In order to better protect the legitimate interests of consumers and users, operators are prohibited from making unsolicited telephone calls to promote or sell goods or services. This restriction will not apply if the consumer and/or user has given prior consent to receive commercial communications.""
